Cancellation and Refund Policy
Booking and payment
- Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount or full payment by arrangement.
- The balance is payable on the day of the service.
Cancellation by the customer
More than 30 days before the event :
Cancellation free of charge, full refund of deposit.
Between 14 and 30 days before :
50% refund of deposit.
Less than 14 days before :
Non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation or postponement by the Chef
In the event of major unforeseen circumstances (illness, force majeure), the service will be postponed to a mutually agreed date, or reimbursed in full.
Refund
Refunds are made within 14 working days of cancellation.

Yes! 100% is a made-to-measure formula customized to your needs.
Does the chef bring all the equipment?
The chef provides the ingredients and specific equipment. You provide the fully equipped kitchen, crockery and dining area.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Minimum 2 weeks, ideally 1 month for major events.
Does the service include storage?
Yes, absolutely! Kitchen cleaned, dishes done, waste managed.
Can we accommodate allergies and special diets?
Yes, 100% adaptable (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, halal, kosher...).
The chef travels everywhere?
Your private chef is available in Tours, Amboise, Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur and throughout Indre-et-Loire (37) and Maine-et-Loire (49).
