My name is Elisa, and as far back as I can remember, I've always learned by observing, tasting and meeting people. Cooking has become my language, and travel my way of understanding the world. I've worked in France, Ireland, New Zealand... and everywhere I've found the same thing: passionate people, products that tell a story, and that universal desire to share a good meal.
